Designed by the design consultant appointed by the client and built by Ace Kegan, this space combines functionality with a sleek, modern aesthetic, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for employees and clients alike.

Project Overview

The reception area, with its bold black slatted wall and illuminated signage, establishes a professional and upscale tone right from the entrance. Comfortable lounge seating in neutral greys and striking blue hues adds warmth and vibrancy to the space, encouraging casual interactions and informal discussions.

The open layout is further complemented by a spacious collaboration zone, anchored by a central feature: a vibrant green hanging planter installation above the pantry area. This integration of greenery enhances the biophilic design element, creating a calming ambiance while fostering creativity and focus. The pantry counter and bar-height seating provide a multi-functional space for employees to recharge, collaborate, or host casual conversations.

The use of warm wood tones in furniture and subtle plant accents softens the industrial-modern aesthetic of the exposed ceiling and sleek materials. The contrast between natural elements and clean lines ensures the space remains professional yet approachable, making it suitable for both work and relaxation. 

Throughout the design, functional and aesthetic considerations work in harmony. Lighting plays a crucial role, with strategically placed spotlights highlighting key areas, while indirect lighting ensures a balanced and comfortable ambiance. The exposed ceiling with industrial-style details adds an urban edge.
