The Premier Lounge at Changi Airport Terminal 4 is a refined space that balances the bustling energy of the terminal with an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Crafted in collaboration with the talented Hong Kong-Base design team, the lounge represents a seamless blend of innovative design and high-quality craftsmanship, brought to life through thoughtfully sourced materials, custom furniture, and bespoke joinery work.

Working closely with the design team, we meticulously followed their design guidelines to execute a lounge that embodies sophistication and comfort. With materials sourced to reflect the lounge’s premium aesthetic, each detail of the build—from the selection of textures to the custom joinery—was handled with the utmost care to bring this vision to life.

The reception area creates a striking first impression, featuring a customized portal designed with Lacefence, an intricate, Dutch-inspired woven fence pattern. This unique element establishes a smooth transition from the lively terminal into the lounge’s serene environment, offering a warm, elegant welcome to each guest. The portal’s design acts as both a visual landmark and a calming threshold, embodying the harmony between style and function.

Creating a balanced and functional work environment

Divided into two main areas: the spacious main lounge and a central island. This dual layout provides travellers with a choice of environments, whether they wish to relax in the larger lounge or enjoy a more intimate, island-style experience. Both areas are furnished with custom-built pieces, crafted to provide comfort while enhancing the visual harmony of the space.
