The Level 29 renovation for MAS represents a perfect synergy of function, design, and identity. As a design and build project in collaboration with a renowned Singapore-based design studio, the space seamlessly integrates the organization’s values, history, and brand essence into a luxurious and timeless environment. The design takes inspiration directly from the MAS logo and slogan, transforming these key elements into visual and spatial storytelling. The concept weaves the organization’s identity into the finishes, textures, and details throughout the space, creating a narrative-rich environment that is both meaningful and visually stunning.

The entrance sets the tone with a grand display of natural stone finishes, a hallmark of the project’s luxury and timeless aesthetic. Here, the MAS tapestry of values comes to life, carved into a series of 3D textures on stone. Each carved surface symbolizes strength and solidity while reflecting the depth and dimension of the organization’s core principles. The entrance exudes elegance and sophistication, creating a lasting impression for all who enter.
